Roger Cloutier & Associates (RC&A) was started in 1958 by Roger Cloutier.   In 1984 his son Joe joined the team and together they brought the company into the 21st century focusing on offering exciting product lines and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the father son team ended when Roger passed away in 2001.  Now as President and owner of Roger Cloutier & Associates,  Joe continues the family business.  Joe embodies his fathers business style of honesty, wit and "good old customer service" that has been the key to the success and longevity of their business. 

Though experience Joe developed an affinity towards these “keys to success” and has fine tuned and honed the company’s mission statement and core value to reflect two simple words:

Roger Cloutier & Associates separate themselves from other industry representatives by living and breathing the above statements, offering knowledgeable service at all levels, offering in-depth technical knowledge and hands on “know how,” and always being accessible to their customers and factories. 
They also offer an innovative benefit to their customers called ….Lighting to you…..  This service is handled by an RC&A trained Field Service Manager who schedules regular (monthly) visits to customers and takes care of items such as: Return Good Authorizations (RGAs), restocking catalogs, setting up and maintaining displays and performing other light administrative functions.

The RC&A office is staffed with four fulltime employees. They currently have 3 salesmen with a combined 40 plus years of experience in lighting sales.
